Premier Acre Program

The Premier Acre Program is an all-inclusive precision ag program that allows you to choose what best suites your needs.

Program Details

Seeing deeper into soils to truly understand how a field yields is the best way to put the correct nutrients in the correct places of the field. FieldReveal uses electro-conductivity, elevation and yield/satellite imagery to determine the yield potential of every acre within the field.

This allows our growers to be the most efficient with every input and maximize ROI.

R7 and Field Forecasting Tool

R7 Tool- The R7 Tool by Winfield United allows Great Bend Co-op to dive deeper into your fields to understand field variability. The R7 Tool uses satellite imagery that allows you to view field maps with historical data, soil variability and other vital information to help make better decisions on your farm, whether it be seed, fertilizer or variable rate technology.

FFT- The Field Forecasting Tool by Winfield United is a crop modeling tool that uses field specific information along with Nutrisolutions to evaluate crop growth and development. This enables growers to determine optimal timing and rates for nutrient and water applications in-season

At Great Bend Co-op, sustainability means being responsible with our inputs and protecting the land. If we can help a grower put the right product at the right rate at the right time of plant development, we can ensure we are getting the most out of every unit of input.

By encouraging the use of cover crops or no till, we are helping prevent the erosion of topsoil and the retention of soil moisture. By doing these things, we believe we are not only helping a grower get more output per unit of input, but also being the best stewards of the land.

Climate FieldView helps seamlessly collect and analyze yield and as-applied data across several machine types to help track and evaluate the agronomic decision you make. Being able to compare field data layers can help our growers be sure they are making the most informed decision to that makes them the best economic return.

Farmobile is an innovative leader in data collection across many different makes and models. The data is standardized and viewable in real time from the Farmobile DataEngineSM platform and allows for the data to be stored in one place.
The Farmobile DataStoreSM exchange also offers revenue opportunities to growers and finally gives data real value.

Irrigating can be a challenge, and getting the best use of our most valuable resource is crucial. With a soil moisture probe, we can make sure we are providing our crops with the correct amount of water.

Aqua Spy moisture probes also allow us to see where our nutrients are moving within the soil and make sure they are available for plant uptake.

Conservation Agronomy Services

We at Great Bend Co-op believe that farmers really are the best stewards of the land. We are now offering services to help our growers make the most out of every acre, including those acres that are currently causing negative or minimal ROI.

Historically, state and national conservation programs have been confusing and hard to obtain. We are here to help you navigate through the process of applying for, placing, and maintaining the programs available through NRCS. These programs can help take those acres that are making a negative ROI, and make them profitable while also conserving natural resources such as water, soil, and native species habitat.

Through our Sustain platform, we can help you decide on the best programs to implement on your farm, including improving conservation practices, adding that new precision ag piece, implementing cover crops into your rotation, and many more.
