Zenda
Replacement of Everest from Kansas Wheat Alliance. In 2019, we saw good protein in the range of 12% average locally. Excellent tolerance to Fusarium Head Scab but mildly susceptible to Wheat Streak Mosaic Virus.
 
Whistler
Registered variety from Plains Gold, known for its top end yield. This was our highest yielding variety in our trials in 2019. Recommended for dryland due to marginal straw strength.
 
DoubleStop CL2
This Oklahoma Genetics variety is a two-gene Clearfield wheat, allowing for superior weed control. Above average yielding product with an average disease package.
 
Grainfield
Hard Red variety from Westbred. Known for its good tolerance of drought and acidic soils. Good protein and milling quality.
